Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation.
It is VERY important that you pack the return item(s) very carefully. During transportation, packages are typically subjected to rough handling. It is your responsibility if a returned item we receive is damaged due to poor packaging. Use plenty of corrugated cardboard, bubble wrap etc. and tape well. The notification must be given by email at [email protected]. In the notice, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it back to us. You can find it here:
