Payment
BAMSEROGPLYSDYR.DK accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. moms.
BAMSEROGPLYSDYR.DK uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
BAMSEROGPLYSDYR.DK delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before 12.00 noon are shipped 2 days after payment/payment from our warehouse. Please note that WE DO NOT SHIP THE SAME DAY the order is placed.
Delivery is with PostNord and GLS. You can choose to have it delivered to your nearest pickup location. You can also have your order shipped directly to your address at an additional cost.
Right of complaint
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship.
The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
BAMSEROGPLYSDYR.DK will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
Reimbursement
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation.
It is VERY important that you pack the return item(s) very carefully. During transportation, packages are typically subjected to rough handling. It is your responsibility if a returned item we receive is damaged due to poor packaging. Use plenty of corrugated cardboard, bubble wrap etc. and tape well. The notification must be given by email at [email protected]. In the notice, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form and send it back to us. You can find it here.
The condition of the item when you return it:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.
